About Margaret

Meet Margaret, an accomplished and multi-talented individual with an impressive array of qualifications and achievements.

​

​Her academic journey led her to pursue studies in Anatomy, Physiology, Philosophy, Sociology, and Psychology at both John Moores University and The University of Manchester.

​

Margaret's passion for teaching and wellbeing drove her to become a qualified teacher trainer, assessor, and examiner in exercise and wellbeing. Her expertise and commitment to education were recognized when she served as a course Director for the Royal Society of Arts back in 1990.

 

​As a visionary entrepreneur, Margaret is the founder of https://mmcwellbeing.com/ and also co-founded https://yindalini.com/, demonstrating her drive to promote and facilitate wellbeing and personal growth.

​

​In addition to her ventures in wellbeing, Margaret is a highly skilled Netball Coach and Umpire, adept in coaching both adults and children. Her dedication to the sport led her to establish several successful netball teams, including Associates (League winners), Wildbores (League Winners), and Colour-vision.

​

​Her passion for netball also extends to her involvement as the Co-Founder and President of Leoas Netball Sotavento Clube, where she continues to make a positive impact in the netball community. Moreover, her contributions to the sport are recognized at a national level, as she holds the esteemed position of President of Netball Portugal.

​

​Margaret's journey is marked by her unwavering commitment to education, wellbeing, and sports. Margaret also has a passion for golf and was lady captain of her club Brookdale Golf Club, Manchester in 2008. Her diverse accomplishments and leadership roles have undoubtedly left a lasting legacy in the fields she's been involved in.
